We are seeking an Office Administrator and are looking to add an amazing, friendly, positive, customer focused, career focused teammate You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments, events agendas and travel plans for upper management or other key employees
Greet and assist customers and onsite guests and directing them to the office and meeting rooms
Answer inbound telephone calls and emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or employee based on the nature of the request
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Performing bookkeeping and financial tasks, such as recording transactions and preparing bank deposits
Create and updating databases and records for financial information, personnel records, customer management records and other data
Preparing reports, spreadsheets and presentations
Supervising members of the administrative staff and delegating tasks to team members in some cases
Assisting with onboarding new employees and coordinating HR- related tasks
Tracking, replenishing and ordering office supplies to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Perform all other office tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields (preferably same or related industry)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
